I immigrated to Canada from Poland at the age of seven, when my parents left behind life under a communist regime in search of greater freedom and opportunity. That experience sparked my curiosity about resilience, human potential, and the forces that shape our lives.
I began my career in the sciences, earning an honours degree in computer science and mathematics and working as a programmer. Over time, my focus shifted to the human side of organizations. For more than 20 years, I worked in learning and development, designing and delivering programs in leadership, change management, and high-performing teams, and facilitating strategy sessions across cultures including five years living and working in North Carolina. About eight years ago, I transitioned into coaching, supporting individuals and leaders in navigating change, deepening self-awareness, and creating more intentional ways of living and leading.
Through immense personal experience with my clients, I have researched and developed a coaching program that sparks confidence and helps you define and execute your goals. I focus on teaching you how to effectively manage your time, grow your team, and analyze your product(s) through mentorship and accountability. I’ll show you how to break down your profit margins and understand your numbers while providing a personalized approach for you and your business.
Through coaching and running my current company, I have experience with nearly every industry: professional and service-based businesses, automotive, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, petrochemical, manufacturing, construction….you name it. As a coach, business owner and operational strategist, I study systems, software, apps, marketing, sales, finance, business development, efficiencies and business tools; I’m a self-proclaimed business nerd. I was born and raised by an entrepreneur, so I believe the entrepreneurial gene is in my blood. This fantastic gene includes an eye for detail and an incredible work ethic. I firmly believe you are ready to create the business you have always envisioned.

With more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, coaching, and organizational transformation, Marta has built a career focused on helping individuals and teams navigate change, strengthen self-awareness, and achieve meaningful growth. Originally immigrating to Canada from Poland at the age of seven, Marta developed an early appreciation for resilience, opportunity, and human potential after witnessing their family’s transition from life under a communist regime to a new beginning in Canada.
Beginning a professional journey in the sciences, Marta earned an honours degree in computer science and mathematics and started a career as a programmer before transitioning into the human side of organizations. Over the years, Marta designed and delivered programs in leadership, change management, and high-performing teams, while also facilitating strategic planning sessions across diverse cultures, including five years of living and working in North Carolina. In the past eight years, Marta has focused on executive and personal coaching, guiding leaders and individuals toward more intentional living, effective leadership, and lasting transformation.

I began my career in the sciences, earning an honours degree in computer science and mathematics and working as a programmer. Over time, my focus shifted to the human side of organizations. For more than 20 years, I worked in learning and development, designing and delivering programs in leadership, change management, and high-performing teams, and facilitating strategy sessions across cultures including five years living and working in North Carolina. About eight years ago, I transitioned into coaching, supporting individuals and leaders in navigating change, deepening self-awareness, and creating more intentional ways of living and leading.
Alongside my professional work, I have been committed to my own inner development. Meditation became an early anchor, later deepened through training in Reiki, mindfulness, breathwork, NLP, hypnosis, and therapeutic sound, earning a certification as a Therapeutic Sound Practitioner through the International Sound Therapy Association. Today, I integrate these experiences to support individuals, leaders, and teams in creating more conscious and aligned ways of living, relating, and leading.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature, hiking, gardening, kayaking and playing the many musical instruments that have been part of my life for years.
